All payments are non-refundable.

The painting will remain in our possession until the entirety of the commission has been paid in full.

If I receive no payment for 1 month the piece will be put back on the market, unless discussed otherwise.

All sales are final expect in certain situations. In the unfortunate event that your painting arrives damaged, please email photos of the damage to doris@dorisswart.art of the damage. The artist will try to fix the damage, if not possible. You will receive a full refund minus shipping & packaging cost. Alternatively you are entitled to a 10% discount on other full price item.
