How long will it take for my shipment to be packaged & arrive?

Please allow 3-5 days after placing your order for the package to be shipped. You will be sent a confirmation email with your tracking number once the package has been posted. Please allow 1-3 weeks for shipping, this depends on where you are located in the world. If you require an urgent order, please leave a message in the notes at check out, alternatively you can email doris@dorisswart.art or contact me via social media @doris.swart.art

Can i return my print for another size, or get a refund?

No, a print or original can only be refunded or returned if it was damaged upon the postal process. If your package and contents did arrived damaged, please send a photo to doris@dorisswart.art of the contents and packaging. We will get back to you about to refund or exchange process.

We ask that you return the print to our studio, either in the original packaging or in sturdy packaging purchased at your local post office.
